Throughout the 9 years that the Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus has made music, our singers, volunteers, patrons, and so many others have come together to build the HGMC into the instrument of good that we are today.

Through the generosity of people like you, we have brought joy to thousands of people. Whether they be a singing member that has the weekly support in rehearsals, a youth who meets the chorus at a conference and is inspired, or a patron who left one of our concerts feeling a message of love, hope or acceptance that we strive to convey through our music.  We are committed to our mission to keep the music alive, but we need your help to do this.

We need your help in attaining our goal of $10,000  by the end of our 9th Season (June 2021) to help us continue to use music as a catalyst to inspire, impact, and enrich the lives of our members, patrons, and the community. Without any concerts or in person fundraisers, we are dependent on the generosity of you to continue.

We look forward to the day that we can be with you to share beautiful music. We can neither celebrate our past nor look to a brighter future without the steadfast support of donors like you.

Thank you for your consideration and support.
Always remember that we are Together in Song!

We ask that you consider a donation to the HGMC

RECENT & Upcoming Events

The Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus proudly presents a virtual event:

Dreams for Tomorrow is a glimpse inside the hardships that we faced collectively and experiences that are uniquely individual over the last year since the pandemic began.

As we work toward a better tomorrow, we find that we still have the love that connects us to one another as human beings, and that change will be coming for the better.

The music is a collection of songs about finding common ground in similarity with each other.

Anything is possible if we are loving people who are capable of understanding one another,

no matter how different we are!
