What do you enjoy the most about being involved with this chorus?

What I enjoy about the chorus is that I am learning a newer aspect of arts management.  As a student musician myself, I value the participation in learning about and lending my expertise to an industry that I have grown to love.

What value does being in the chorus bring to your life?

The value I receive from the chorus is being fully part of a community of musicians and investors of arts culture.

Why is music and/or the arts important to you?

I am a student musician, so learning about all aspects of arts management, as well as participating in this component of the arts is most fulfilling.  I am an academic professionally, so learning is a part of being able to dissect a piece of something I love to do, which is to make music.

What is an interesting fact you would like our audience/patrons to know about you?

I am a student of violin.  I take lessons at New England Conservatory in Boston, MA.  I find it interesting to be able to learn to play an instrument that is hundreds of years old, and the techniques learned and crafted for playing have been passed down from generations to generations.
